We provide digital education and real estate advisory services. Because of the nature of these offerings, value is delivered immediately upon purchase or payment. This policy defines when a product or service is considered delivered and how refunds are handled.


Digital Courses

Delivery

All courses are delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. At the moment payment is completed, the course is considered opened, started, and fully delivered.

Refunds

All course purchases are final.

Because the course is delivered in full at the time of purchase, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are provided after payment is completed.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing course descriptions, content, and requirements before purchasing. If you have questions, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase.


Retainer Fees for Advisory and Representation Services

Scope of Services

Retainers are paid for professional real estate advisory and representation services. These services may include:

  • consultation and strategic guidance
  • market analysis and positioning
  • evaluation of buying or selling options
  • discussions related to real estate agency and representation

These services begin prior to and may lead to a formal real estate transaction.

Commencement of Services

Services begin immediately upon receipt of payment. At the time payment is made, time, expertise, and advisory work are allocated and delivered.

Refunds

All retainer fees are non-refundable. The retainer is earned upon receipt and compensates for services rendered, including consultation, analysis, and professional guidance already provided.

Application Toward Commission

If you proceed with a real estate transaction with us, the retainer may be applied toward earned commission, if provided for in a separate written agreement.


Exceptions

Refunds are only issued in the following limited cases:

  • duplicate charges
  • billing errors

Requests must be submitted promptly with supporting details.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
